If the use of our facilities is to involve young people under the age of 18 or vulnerable adults, the party making the booking must have appropriate safeguarding policies and procedures in place. You will need to confirm and provide evidence that you have the following in place:
- A named DSL with contact details
- Safeguarding policy for the club or organisation
- Safeguarding procedures to be followed in the event that a young person makes a disclosure
- Evidence that all volunteers and staff have undergone appropriate DBS checks
- Risk assessments for the use of the facilities
